About Chicha Peruvian Basics 101

In Peruvian basics 101 Chef Shelome Bouvette will demonstrate and teach you classic Peruvian favourites.  I’ve been to Chicha about 8-10 times and each time the food has favourful.  Chef Bouvette has worked at various restaurants such as Lolita’s, Deliliah’s, Allegro and Bin 42.  If you’ve ever been to any of those restaurants, then you won’t want to miss Chicha Peruvian Basics 101.
