For exceptional cuisine and seamless service, join us at Hawksworth Restaurant to experience the new Express Menu ($49/person), featured from 5:00pm-6:00pm daily. Catered to those with an eventful evening ahead, guests can enjoy a mouth-watering three-course meal with still plenty of time to wander over to their evening concert, show or sporting event.
Showcasing bright, seasonally-inspired dishes, Chef de Cuisine, Antonio Sotomayor, offers a choice between a selection of two starters and two main courses. To start, indulge in a crispy suckling pig with sweet and sour glaze and lemon kimchi; or compressed melons with smoked goats’ cheese, mint and arugula. Guests can then turn their attention to a flavoursome Pacific cod ravioli or a vegetable-driven cauliflower and spring pea risotto. To finish, savour a refreshing creation of Meyer lemon custard and raspberry textures. Wine pairings are suggested and full table participation is required.
