Chef Travis McCord is all about classic Italian food made with fresh, local and seasonal ingredients. As it turns out, the end of August is tomato season, so what better fruit to use for a delicious 9 course, Summer Sunday Supper Series?
This communal ‘alla familia’ Sunday dinner will feature all things tomato from sauces to pastas to pastries and proteins. Chef Travis and his amazing team will season, bake, squish, fry, toss, puree, and marinade the tomato to produce an enticing and unique dining experience.
The 10 course menu is as follows:
Albacore crudo, purple basil granita, pine nuts, sungolds
Tomato tart, bechamel
Peach and heirloom tomato gazpacho with dungeness crab
Burrata, tomato, grilled plum, nasturtium vinaigrette
Salt baked celeriac, dehydrated tomato, shaved celery, tarragon, tomato
Fried mussels, swiss chard w/ prosciutto, smoked tomato aioli, shallot, arugula gremolata
Tortellini stuffed w/ buffalo mozzarella and basil, heirloom tomato sauce
Garganelli, tomato, humboldt squid, octopus, bottarga
Branzino, tomato ragu, rapini and almond pesto, castelevetrano olives

Sunday August 27th, 6pm – 9/10pm.
$65 per person
$60 per person for parties of 10 or more.
