Employment Insurance

According to the Employment Insurance (EI) site: The one-week waiting period for EI sickness benefits will be waived for new claimants who are quarantined so they can be paid for the first week of their claim.  Canadians quarantined can apply for Employment Insurance (EI) sickness benefits. Air Canada – UPDATE FOR PASSENGERS TRAVELING BETWEEN NOW AND APRIL 30, 2020 INCLUSIVELY

All Air Canada Vacations bookings scheduled to depart Canada between March 19th and April 30, 2020 inclusively have been cancelled.

Affected customers do not need to contact Air Canada Vacations or their travel agent as they will automatically receive a full credit for future travel valid for 24 months. We thank you for your understanding during these times of rapid change.
