Mamie Taylor’s Regional Longtable Dinner Series Continues
Monthly “Taste of the States” brings Kansas City BBQ to Vancouver

Mamie Taylor’s ongoing Taste of the States monthly longtable dinner series continues with a visit to the “Paris of the Plains,” Kansas City, Missouri on Wednesday, November 18 at 6:30 pm.

Straight from the US Heartland, the third and last 2015 installment for the popular series has been curated by Chef Tobias Grignon for an authentic taste of Missouri’s famous, flame-kissed and dry-rubbed BBQ ribs.

The four-course menu will also include a regionally inspired welcome cocktail: The Pendergast, created by Ryan Maybee from the Manifesto cocktail lounge in Kansas City.
