Mamie Taylor’s Regional
Longtable Dinner Series Continues
A Texas twang spices things up at “Taste of the States”
Mamie Taylor’s popular Taste of the States longtable dinner series returns on Wednesday, March 16 at 6:30 pm with yet another iconic regional American cuisine: Tex-Mex.
Infused with the spirit of South Texas, the four-course dinner gets the fiesta started with a classic margarita before galloping into Chef Tobias Grignon’s take on the flavours of the Lone Star State.
Taste of the States dinners are $45 per person (taxes and gratuity not included). Reservations are a must and can be made online at www.mamietaylors.ca or by phone at 604-610-8818. Seatings are limited to 30 people.
The next Taste of the States dinner is a South Carolina Seafood Boil taking place on Wednesday, May 11. Previous dinners have celebrated the culinary traditions of New Orleans, LA; Kansas City, MO; and Charleston, SC.
