Provence To Go

Take Provence Home with You
Comfort Food in Support of Social Distancing

Update March 19, 2020 – only available for Takeout

Starting March 17, 2020, Provence Marinaside in Yaletown will be offering patrons the choice of taking out Provence’s food to dine at home. “We are in an extraordinary time,” says Executive Chef and Owner Jean-Francis Quaglia. “Today (March 17) restaurants and bars are closed in Vancouver; however people look to our food for comfort. Starting today and through the remainder of the Covid-19 crisis, Provence will be offering its menu for takeout.”

Take out will be available from opening through 8 p.m. daily. This will be assessed on an on-going basis as the situation continues to change rapidly from day-to-day. Patrons are encouraged to call ahead with their order, or if need be, they can order at the door when they arrive. Provence and TWB menus can be found here. .

In a statement issued last Saturday, Chef Quaglia stated that “Provence is strictly adhering to all of the guidelines the Vancouver Coastal Health department and the Canadian government are providing and we are taking extra steps to ensure the well-being of all of our guests. We have implemented new policies to sanitize all of our menus, bill folds and hand held payment terminals after every use. We have also added additional cleaning and sanitizing of our rest rooms, door handles and surface areas. After today, we will continue to operate with our regular hours serving breakfast, lunch and dinner every day (unless otherwise mandated). We hope to have you with us soon and wish you all good health.”
