Vancouver Foodster presents the Sushi Roll Challenge
September 18 – October 7, 2018
Welcome to the 1st Vancouver Foodster Sushi Roll Challenge. Select restaurants around the city were invited to enter their Sushi Roll creations into this challenge, some have created a special creation just for this challenge and others have entered their top choice off their existing menu. Each restaurant will be featuring their Sushi Roll creation on their menu from September 18 – October 7, 2018.

Description: Our signature item California Roll surrounds some Fresh Ocean Wise Ahi Tuna & Sockeye Salmon, Dice Avocado, Edamame, Red Onion and Orange Mandarin. All mixed in Orange Miso Sauce.
Ingredients: Fresh Ocean Wise Ahi Tuna & Sockeye Salmon. Premium Ocean Delight Imitation Crab, Avocado and other Veggie + Fruit. Our in house Orange Miso Sauce
