Welcome to the Vancouver Foodster 2nd Curry Challenge

Restaurants from all over the city were invited to create a Curry creation to enter into this challenge, . Each restaurant will be featuring their Curry creations on their menu from November 3-27, 2016.

Here are some of the unique creations in this challenge.

Description: Rich and spicy herbed curry with pork belly, red onions, fresh ginger slices and pickled garlic. A finishing touch of tamarind juice to bring out the savouriness of this Northern Thai curry. Served with sticky rice.

Voting: The public is invited to order these Curry creations at the participating restaurants keeping in mind this criteria – originality, creativity, uniqueness, traditional, non-traditional, price, value and most importantly taste. People can vote the same day after trying the creation and they can vote once a day throughout the promotion. People will be encouraged to Vote for their favourites from November 3-27, 2016.

With a smartphone, customers will be able to vote from their table in the restaurant right after they have eaten the Curry creation.

We will announce the winning restaurants and their Curry creations on November 28, 2016.
